No. Toyota Protection Plan is a distinct option available for eligible cars through participating insurers. We also offer all-make comprehensive and takaful insurance for any vehicle.
Which vehicles can I insure?
Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Kia, Hyundai, Changan, MG, Haval, Peugeot, Proton, imported and other makes — private and commercial.
Is the calculator amount my final premium?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on configured rates and depreciation. The final premium is confirmed after underwriting and inspection.
Do you offer Takaful?
Yes. Both conventional and Takaful options are available through participating partners.
How do I make a claim?
Report the claim to your insurance partner's helpline as soon as possible. Toyota Walton Motors helps you register and follow up.
What information do I need for a claim?
Policy number, insured's name and contact number, and the accident date, time and location.
What isn't covered?
Typical exclusions include consequential loss and damage caused by driving under the influence. Full details are in each policy's terms.
